Holly Roberts, MD

Co-Founder

Dr. Holly Roberts is a board-certified psychiatrist, accomplished pharmaceutical executive, and multifamily real estate investor with a passion for helping people achieve a balance of mental and financial wellness.

With a career grounded in the medical sciences, Dr. Roberts began her journey in psychiatry with a strong commitment to improving the mental health and advancing evidence-based treatment. Her clinical experience provides her with a unique understanding of human behavior, leadership, and the complex relationship between health, productivity, and personal fulfillment.

As a pharmaceutical executive, she brought that same passion for growth to the corporate world, leading teams in bringing novel therapeutics to fill unmet needs for both psychiatric and neurologic illnesses. Her experiences bridged the gap between clinical insight and business strategy, ensuring that patients remained at the heart of scientific progress.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Roberts has been actively investing in multifamily real estate for over 20 years. Focused on building sustainable wealth and empowering others to do the same, she believes in the importance of financial literacy and diversification, and she uses her experience to mentor others in achieving financial independence through real estate.

Brian Fay is a seasoned developer and entrepreneur with a proven track record in construction management, real estate development, and capital structuring. As the partner of Florida Palm Construction, Florida Palm Plumbing, Potential Property Investments, SAI ROS Investments, Trinity Development Partners, Lake County Development Partners, Tradition Senior Living, Aspen Alcove Senior Living, and Amber Grove Senior Living he has successfully led over 800 projects across residential, commercial, government, and senior living sectors.

Brian currently owns and operates 12 senior living community buildings, as well as multifamily assets and development land across multiple states. He is actively developing more than 1,200 units in Orlando and surrounding Florida markets.

With deep expertise in financial markets, investor relations, and project execution, Brian is known for his ability to simplify complex deals and deliver consistent results. Based in Weston, Florida, he is widely respected for his strategic insight, transparency, and commitment to long-term partnerships- qualities that continue to make him a trusted figure among lenders, investors, and industry peers.
